Yes, here's yet another example of the jolly old (read: baffling) lexicon here in the UK.
And what is a humped zebra, you ask? Not a cross between a dromedary and a striped equid, all settled into Oxford like a civilized creature, nor even that striped equid himself getting, ehhh, horny. What else could it possibly be, but a raised crosswalk in the middle of a street? Which warrants its own sign to caution and warn motorists, of course.
